One point to remember about removing applications from Android is that only apps that are downloaded onto the device can be removed.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Applications.

3. Select Manage Applications.

4. Select the application you want to uninstall or remove.

5. Select Uninstall.

6. Select OK to confirm un-installation. The application will be uninstalled.

7. Select OK to complete the un-installation process.

The steps will vary depending on the version of Android you are using. You can also use third party apps to remove applications, but I’ll cover that in another tutorial.
