With the holiday season looming around the corner, it’s time to make a list of all the cool tech products that are launching this Q4 and that includes Lenovo’s latest offerings, the Yoga 2 and Yoga 2 Pro Android tablets. The company has just announced two Yoga 2 models, an 8 inch and 10 inch model as well as a more sophisticated Yoga pro 2. Let’s take a look at these tablets in detail.
Yoga 2
The highly flexible Yoga tablets come with the usual kickstand for convenient usage, including the Hold ( for better viewing angles) Tilt for easy browsing, and Stand for close up views. The latest models bring in one more mode of access called Hang, which is intended to allow you to hang the device on a wall, or other objects as is convenient. The only difference between the Yoga 2 8-inch and 10-inch tablets are the display sizes. Otherwise they feature the same tech specs : powered by Intel Atom Z3745 chips running at 1.86 GHz, 2GB RAM, and 1920×1200 resolution.
Consumers have the added luxury of choosing an OS when it comes to these two devices though. The Windows 8.1 variants will be pricier though at around the $299.99 mark for the 8 inch model and $399.99 for the 10 inch model and come with 32GB of storage with optional microSD.
The Yoga 2 8-inch and 10-inch Android variants are available on the Lenovo website for $299.99 and $249.99 respectively with 16GB of storage with optional microSD.

Yoga 2 Pro
Designed to be an entertainment focused tablet, the Yoga 2 Pro catches the eye for its single most prominent feature, that of the built in Pico projector. The projector is going to let you throw out your tablet contents, whether it is a game, an app, a movie or a book or a YouTube video onto a wall or any type of projection screen. However, you don’t get a HD resolution, just a 854×480 one, but paired with a premium JBL sound system and a built in subwoofer, it could offer an experience no other tablet has yet offered before.
