The HTC Sensation XE with Beats Audio [Review]

This is a guest post from Jay Monds. Jay is a blogger by profession. He is fond of gadgets and writes articles on technology and mobile phones. Nowadays, he writes articles on sell mobiles and sell mobile phones for cash. The HTC Sensation XE with Beats Audio is the latest Android smartphone launched in the UK and it has already created quite a stir with its Beats audio effect. Yes, the successor to HTC Sensation comes with improved processor and battery. Apart from this, the other most impressive feature of the device is the Beats audio effect. Mobile users can turn the Beats audio on and off. What’s more, the Beats audio option is available for the video player as well!

The Beats effect works only with a Beats headphone. Plug in any other headphone, and the users can clearly make out the difference in sound quality. So the Sensation XE comes with a pair of exclusive Beats headphones to enjoy the Beats technology that would reportedly cost £100 if purchased separately. The fans of HTC who wish to sell mobile phones for cash and upgrade to the latest device in the series would find the Sensation XE quite sensational. The device is also sure to give its competitor Samsung Galaxy S2 a run for its money.

The new phone, with a 4.3-inch qHD super LCD capacitative touchscreen, 1080 p HD video recording, 4GB of internal memory and an 8MP camera with dual LED Flash comes with a more powerful 1.5GHz dual-core processor than its predecessor and rival. It weighs 160 grams, definitely quite heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S2 that weighs only 116 grams. Though heavier, the HTC Sensation XE is made with high grade materials and offers great durability. The Sensation XE offers excellent Sense UI, which gives the unit an advantage over others in the same price range.

The device runs Android V2.3.4 Gingerbread and has GPRS, 3G, EDGE, and Bluetooth connectivity. It comes with important social apps including Google Search, Maps, Gtalk, YouTube, Facebook, Picasa, Twitter, and MySpace and so on. A significant improvement is the battery and Sensation XE comes with 1730mAh battery. Hopefully, the better battery capacity will help HTC get rid of its reputation for giving devices with low battery life.

HTC has launched many impressive smartphones recently including the Sensation 4G, EVO 3D and now the Sensation XE. Though the Sensation has everything, the XE has something more. It’s an entertainment phone with many great features. And, the features and specifications of HTC Sensation XE definitely sounds good. It would be a great choice for music-lovers. So mobile users who want to sell mobiles and upgrade can get the device. The Sensation XE would cost £492 off contract and will be free on a £36 a month contract on a number of networks in the UK.
