Smartphones are smart because they can help you do a vast number of activities with ease, whether you are working from behind your desk or whether you are on the go. Apps that make this possible are aplenty on the Play Store and here is our collection of the top productivity applications for Android that can help you stay efficient, organized and productive.
Top Productivity Applications For Android
AirDroid

AirDroid is perfect for users that spend most of their days looking at a computer screen. AirDroid lets you connect your Android device to your desktop computer using Wi-Fi or a cellular Internet connection. Once you’ve connected your devices, you can use the functionality of your phone while utilizing your computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse. This makes things like texting and transferring information between your smartphone and your computer significantly easier.? OfficeSuite Pro

As smartphones continue to become fully functional mobile computing devices, the ability to write and edit documents is essential. Although there are a large number of free and inexpensive productivity suite options available on the Android app market, many of them lack the desktop level of functionality.
One of the standout exceptions is OfficeSuite Pro. While OfficeSuite Pro is more expensive than the average app on the Android market (currently $15), it is well worth the price, and is still significantly less expensive than traditional desktop suites that can cost hundreds of dollars to purchase.
For your $15, OfficeSuite Pro gives you a beautiful user interface, desktop-level functionality, access to cloud storage services, and the ability to read and edit virtually every document format commonly used, including PDF-markup. While this is the most expensive app on our list, it is worth every penny.
Cloud Print

What good is document creation and editing if you can’t easily print it out? Cloud Print is a simple application that allows you to connect any printer to your mobile device. Once the printer is connected to the Cloud Print service, you can print from anywhere you have an internet connection, even if you are in a different city than the printer.
Evernote

Evernote has been around for a few years, but the team at Evernote has continued to innovate and make improvements to their service. Evernote is a note-taking and note storage application that allows you to organize and manage your documents in the cloud.
Evernote’s cloud-based service is what makes them stand out from every other note management application on the market. By automatically syncing to their cloud-based servers, your information is readily available from any device anywhere in the world. This means that a document you write on your smartphone will automatically be available on your tablet and desktop computer.
Since the service is cloud-based, you can even log in to view, edit, and create notes from any internet-connected device in the world. Best of all, Evernote is a fully cross-platform application, so you can use it regardless of operating system.
Good resource list Adeline! I would also like to add Dropbox to the list as it is a real time saver when you need access to your files on the go.
I agree with you Kosio, Dropbox is a real life saver, if you are a power user and keep your things organised on the cloud, its an app you must have. You should consider putting in Google Drive too because a whole lot of people use it and hence it would be a perfect productivity app to put in the list.
