Make your Frequently Used Commands Easily Accessible In PowerPoint 2010

October 10, 2010

The Ribbon in PowerPoint 2010 no doubt contains almost all the commands you need to help you create and design your presentation. However, if you are new to PowerPoint 2010, or if you are not too familiar with the location of the various commands, you will need to spend time searching for the commands you need; and this can be very annoying. The Quick Access toolbar, situated at the top-left corner of the title bar, contains the most commonly used commands such as Save, Undo and Redo. However, it allows for further customization and gives you the freedom to add commands that you frequently access to it. Here’s a step-by- step account of what you need to do to make your frequently used commands easily accessible when you need it.

Add Frequently Used Commands to the Quick Access Toolbar
