MetaTrader 5 for Android – Currency Trading Straight from your Phone

August 27, 2012

I got started in currency trading a few years ago when I was going on a vacation to Europe. I was looking for someone who could help me find the best exchange rates so that I could get the most money for my vacation. When I was looking online, I found out about using foreign currency exchange to make a profit. After that I selected a broker and started getting more involved in currency trading.

At first I was not making very many trades, so it was easy to manage them on my own. After a few months I started making more and more trades, so I decided that I needed a way to be able to easily keep up with them. I recently came across MetaTrader 5 for Android and it is the easiest method I have found so far to control my currency trading. This app is similar to MetaTrader4 because you can login with an existing account or create a demo account when you download the app. To be able to actually login, you have to already have an established account that was created online.

If you want to check out the demo account though, you can do that straight from your phone by creating a new account. MetaTrader5 has hundreds of brokers available, so it is very easy to find your broker or check out other brokers that you might want to use. All of this can be done straight from the app, and you can even use the app to manage your stocks. MetaTrader5 is a really great app to download because it is free, it can be used anywhere around the world, and you can manage your currency trades and stocks in one place. This app keeps up with your trading history, so you can go in at any time and look at all of your trades. You can look at past trades, current trades, pending trades, and even the profit of all of your trading activity. If you are trading U.S. dollars, the app even highlights trades in different colors based on the value of the U.S. dollar. If your U.S. dollar is worth less than the currency you are trading it for, then MetaTrader5 will show the values in red. If the U.S. dollar is worth more than the currency you are trading for, then the values will be shown in blue.

This feature keeps you from making trades that will not be profitable for you. All deals can be made and coordinated with your broker straight from this app. Once you download this app, you can keep up with all of your trades on your own straight from the app. This keeps you from either having to spend hours online looking for all of the values of your trades or having to rely solely on your broker to keep up with your trades for you. With MetaTrader 5, you can take your finances into your own hands and have more responsibility in managing your trades and profits. The only downside to this app is that it consumes a lot of battery life. Charge up your phone and start trading!

As I said, MetaTrader 4 is also available for Android. Let me try to come up with the review for the same, if time permits.
