Whether we are online or not, we interact with different types of people all day long. We have family relations, we have old friends, we have new acquaintances, and we have the folks that we work with. Do you get along with everyone? Chances are you don’t. Not everyone is able to see past what makes them different from others, which almost always results in contention. Now, you can gain easy insight on how well you get along with another person. All you have to do is download PersonalityMatch and find out.
It’s an easy and fun app that lets you learn more about yourself and more about why you do or don’t get along with others.
PersonalityMatch App Review
When you download the app, it will have you register. You can use an email address, your Facebook account, or your WhatsApp account. Once you complete this, you will be asked a series of simple, yet interesting questions. The best thing to do here is to answer quickly. Don’t think about your answer. An accurate answer will be the first option you choose.
Once you complete the assessment, you will get a report that categorizes you. You may be an Inspector. You may be a Giver. PersonalityMatch uses the scientific studies of Carl Jung and psychological test methods of Briggs-Meyers to identify your personality type based on your answers.
Now, the fun begins. You invite a Friend to take the assessment. You can do this via Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, email, or text message. Once they get the invite, they can click on the link, download the PersonalityMatch, and take the test.
They will get their own report, and you will get to see this as well. Once you see your friend’s results, and you will see this on your list of Friends, you can tap on the right arrow to perform a comparison between your results and their results. This will create a report that finds similarities and differences and measures your compatibility with a percentage – how close in personality you are.
If you so choose, you can make an in app purchase to see a complete comparison, for just $1.99. I did this with my best friend and found out so much about why her little idiosyncrasies drive me nuts.
The app extends in usefulness beyond knowing why you get along with one person, or why you are just not able to understand another. It has provided some interesting discoveries for me about myself and about why I don’t get along with one person I work with.
I couldn’t pinpoint anything excruciatingly inept about this app. The only thing I would make improvements on is being able to pay one lump sum for all of the extended features and making this available at a cheaper price than if you were to purchase the in-app extensions singularly.
Outside of that, this app has opened up my eyes to how I think and how it affects my relationship with others. It has helped me at work, at home, and with my kids. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for a more productive way to improve your relationships.
