Samsung Electronics has announced that the launch of the 2016 edition of the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 smartphones. These phones will be replacing the 2016 edition with plenty of new features including water and dust-resistant bodies, and Always-on Display. Additionally, both the Samsung Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 smartphones offer expandable storage options of up to 256GB and fast charging technology along with their much improved batteries.
Both devices have NFC and MST compatibility and will support Samsung Pay, its mobile payments solution. Samsung is also throwing in 15GB of FREE cloud storage through its Samsung Cloud app.

Samsung Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 2017 India Price and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 2017 models will become available for purchase from March 15th both in offline stores and online channels. The Galaxy A5 (2017) is priced Rs. 28,990 while the Galaxy A7 (2017) variant costs Rs. 33,490.
At these new price levels, it looks at though Samsung has made these smartphones equally competitive with the Honor 8 and Asus ZenFone 3.
