One of the easiest and most commonly used methods to access frequently used commands is the right-click action. It’s the magic genie that’s always around to help accomplish things quickly. Now you can not only view, edit, or download documents, but also share them easily.
3. Share a Link
If you want to share your Office documents with a specific group of people, you can create a link that you can then share with that group of people. You can also set permissions according to how you wish the document to be used by the recipients. To share a link, click Share in the toolbar,(as seen in point 1) and then click Get a Link. From the pop-up, select the option with the desired permission levels.
4. Share by Embedding Document on Blog
