Double Performance – A6 Chip (the CPU)

Apple has designed this chip with the integration of more ARM-based processing cores, cache memory, a GPU and other necessary electronics. Screen – 4-inch Retina Display with 16:9 viewing aspect ratio

High pixel density does not allow distinguishing individual pixels. The large screen has enough space to do things more conveniently. It shows more apps on the home screen. Camera – the iSight camera lets you capture more of the world

The new device has a new type of camera known as iSight. It lets you capture panorama pictures. It even works in low light and has 40 percent faster photo capture speed. Both front and back cameras can capture high HD videos. iPhone developers can use the features of iSight camera in developing camera apps.

iOS 6 – The new OS with new apps like 3D Maps, Passbook, etc.

The new mobile operating system by Apple comes with 200 new features. But the killer ones of them include 3D Maps, Passbook, Upgraded Siri, Do not disturb, Integrated Facebook, Shared photo streams, VIP Inbox, iCloud Tabs, Unified Emails and Phone numbers in iMessage.
