How to Disable Facebook Email via the Web
1. Log in to Facebook on a web browser.
2. From the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the Menu bar, select Settings.

3. On the General Account Settings page, in the Email field, click the Edit link displayed at the far right.

4. The Email field expands to reveal more options. To disable Facebook email, uncheck the “Use your Facebook email: youremail@facebook.com option.

5. Click Save Changes.
6. You will be asked to enter your password to confirm the changes. Enter your password in the text box and click Submit.
Your changes will now be saved.
How to Disable Facebook Email via iPhone
To disable Facebook Email from your iPhone running iOS 8.1.
1. Open up the Facebook app on your iPhone and sign in.
2. Tap the More button at the bottom of the app window.
3. On the More screen, tap Settings.

4. On the Settings screen, tap General and then Email
5. Tap Use your Facebook email section to disable the option to allow Facebook to forward your email to your primary email.
How to Disable Facebook Email via Android (running Android Lollipop 5.0)
The process is pretty much the same as on the iPhone.
1. Open the Facebook app on your Android and sign in.
2. Tap the menu button at the top right of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the Help & Settings section.
4. Tap Account Settings.
5. Tap General->Email.

6. In the Use your Facebook email section, tap to uncheck the option.
