India’s domestic mobile manufacturer Karbonn mobiles is creating hype with the launch of a power efficient quad core processing smartphone in the segment. The device is named as Karbonn Smart Titanium 1 and it is to be India’s first quad-core CPU smartphone which is to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in the segment. Earlier this week, the domestic smartphone maker has announced that the device is available for bookings on various online sites with an affordable price tag. It is surprising that the Karbonn Smart Titanium 1 price in India is placed at Rs. 10,990 which is a good deal when considering the new features of this phone.
At the launch of the smartphone, Shashin Devsare, the Executive Director of Karbonn Mobiles proudly stated that the company was the first brand to introduce smartphones featuring the powerful and power efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core CPU processor in the Indian mobile segment.

The smartphone sports a 4.5 inches IPS qHD display, which ensures vivid colors on a screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixel along with IPS matrix technology. Karbonn never compromises in terms of technology and features. This is proved as this device runs on the Android’s latest v4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system. The device is inbuilt with great technology to support heavy duty multi-tasking. The smartphone is powered with a Adreno 203 GPU with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU support. In order to provide high entertainment, the device is pre-loaded with Google apps with access to the Google Play store. The smart device is packed with Light sensor, Proximity sensor and Acceleration sensor.
