The Amazfit Band 7 has a 232mAh battery that can last up to 18 days on a single charge with normal use. With heavy use, it can last up to 12 days. If you use it sparingly, in battery saver mode, you can use it for as long as 28 days.

This activity fitness tracker can simultaneously measure three health indicators in one tap. In as quick as 45 seconds, you can monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen and stress level and even get alerts when there’s an issue. It can also track your sleep quality through the light, deep, and REM sleep stages. Plus, it monitors your daily naps that are longer than 20 minutes.
