Working with Online Task Manager Extension for Chrome Prioritab
Prioritab is a simple to do list maker that lets you set out your tasks for the day, week or month. You will be reminded of your to do activities every time you open a New Chrome tab. Unlike most Chrome extensions, when you download and install Prioritab, you won’t see any icons to the right of the Address bar.
To see Prioritab in action, you must simply open a new tab. On the new tab screen, you will see a live clock displaying the current time below which you have the to-do list fields for the day, the week, and the month. You can also see how much of the day, week and month has gone by in percentage terms. This should give you a sense of urgency if you have made any long term plans and are still sitting on it.
To create a to-do task, you need to click the Edit button below the day, week, or month list. Then simply enter the task for the day, week, or month and click Add. Once you have a list of to-dos and you find that you need to prioritize one task over another, you can simply drag and drop a task or list item over another.
However, you cannot move tasks from the day column to the week or month column. You have to delete a task and recreate it in the appropriate column you want. To delete a task, you must click the X button next to the list item.
Prioritab is one of the simplest tools you’ll find to manage tasks, but it offers some level of customization for users. Just click the Settings icon at the bottom left of the screen and you can change the background color of the new Prioritab, change the color of the font and set the day timer based on your workday.
