Time2Budget is very easy to use. You start off with a fixed number of working hours that you must budget for. You can then set up the various tasks that you plan to accomplish within that time. You can segment the various tasks into categories such as tasks by project, by client or other list and then you can start allocating the budgeted time.
To set the time, just tap on a task and set the budgeted time in the digital clock on the screen. When you have created tasks for your work and home life, the Home screen of the app will let you see at a glance how many hours you budgeted for work and how much time you have set for your leisure activities. If you find too much of time allocated for one or the other categories, you can tweak the times to make it more balanced.
