Vivo V5 Plus is all set to become available in retail stores on January 23rd, 2016. Vivo V5 Plus Tech Specs and Features
The Vivo V5 Plus features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage is 64GB, but it can be expanded up to 256GB with a microSD card.
The Vivo V5 Plus is a selfie smartphone that can take impressive selfies with a Bokeh effect. This is possible due to the 20-MP and 8-MP dual camera setup at the front. The 20-MP front facing camera is a Sony IMX376 1/2.78-inch sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 5P lens system. The 8-MP shooter is designed to collect the depth of field, also known as the Bokeh effect.
At the back end of the smartphone is a 16-MP camera with an LED flash. The rear camera also includes geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, and HDR capabilities.
It has a non-removable 3160mAh battery that also supports fast charging. The UI is Funtouch OS 3.0 which runs on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The dimensions of the phone are 152.6 x 74 x 7.3 mm and it weighs about 158.6 g. Sensors include the Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
