Exercise can be very difficult when technology is always in our way. It can be so tempting to sit back and relax staring at our screens all day without worrying too much about our health. That is probably one of the reasons why we now put exercise into technology. There are many apps on the market today that will help you get active and work out to become the fittest you have ever been. One app that I currently use is called Sportsman PRO Workout, which is worth checking out if you haven’t done so yet!
Sportsman PRO Workout App Review
This app has been one of the best workout apps that I have found on the App Store. The app has a good collection of workouts to choose from, from upper body workouts to lower body workouts and you can work your entire body at your comfort level, not too hard and not too easy. It is also customizable enough to allow you to create your own workout sessions!
This completely free app comes with some great features that you don’t want to miss out on. It has very realistic goals that you can achieve. It’s highly flexible workout schedule ensures that you can work out whenever you want for as long as you want, depending on your availability. There are also reminders that you can set so that you never miss a workout session!

The user interface itself is very simple and easy to use, you can even customize it to whatever color you like it to have. The app comes with some free workouts but if you pay a few dollars you can get the full version and unlock many more!
However, if you are like me, you are going to milk the free version for all it is worth, which means it is time to talk about the flaws. The free version does not have a lot of workouts. It has the basics in strength training which is what I want the most, but there are others who would prefer to have some more variety in their training methods. It would be nice to have some yoga poses could be included in the app too.
That said, Sportsman PRO Workout is a wonderful workout app that can help beginners to rise to the expert level. From the flexible schedule to the reminders, and the delightful user interface, and the ease with which you can plan out your work outs, the app really has a lot of good things going for it. The calorie counter of course is an added bonus, it wasn’t something I was expecting to find and yet the detailed reports and the end of my workouts showed me everything. If you are interested in staying fit with a good workout app, consider Sportsman PRO Workout. The links are given below.
